Loop Technologies is pleased to welcome Matthew Gilmour in the position of Product Support Engineer.
Matthew is a University of Waikato graduate with a Bachelor of Engineering (first class honours) degree majoring in Electronics. Matthew has a passion for technology, particularly design, and sees Loop Technologies as an ideal place to develop his career. Matthew’s other interests include woodworking, tramping, biking, tennis, hockey and amateur dramatics.
The Product Support Engineer role is a multi-faceted role within our company which supports our customers and our technical people in taking care of technology hardware. It involves working with customers to understand their product specific requirements, and translating them into our systems and processes to ensure we deliver on our service promises. The PSE also takes care of details such as ordering components, setting up test systems and ensuring that our technical team adhere to international workmanship standards.
