We provide customised solutions involving electronics, logistics, software and online applications to owners of high-value assets such as telecommunications networks, power networks and large facilities, in both private and government sectors.
About the Opportunity
We currently have a part time vacancy for a Logistics Administrator to join our Logistics Team providing hands-on logistics services to meet daily customer targets. This position would suit someone who has previous logistics/warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing background.
Tasks include processing of deliveries, receipting items into our database and following specific processes for different customers, picking, packing and dispatching product to customers, moving and storing product around our warehouses, project reporting, stocktaking and responding to customer phone and email enquiries.
About You
- The ideal applicant would be able to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to prioritise high work volumes and follow detailed procedures with consistent accuracy
- A current forklift licence is preferred by not essential
- A proven ability to use computer systems/databases and an efficient data-entry speed
- Proven experience providing logistics and warehouse functions, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Previous customer service experience and the ability to build strong customer relationships is a requirement
- Strong written communication abilities, including the ability to clearly outline processes in logical, step-by-step order
- A general level of physical fitness and agility.

We have an interesting opportunity for a technical person with an interest in electronics to join our team. The role involves diagnosis, repair and testing of electronic assemblies.
About You
Ideally you will have a technical background with the following set of capabilities:
- Proven electronic component level diagnostic skills and a solid understanding of electronic fundamentals
- Practical skills in soldering, de-soldering and component replacement skills
- Ability to prioritise and produce high work volumes whilst consistently meeting quality standards.
- A strong understanding of electrical and workplace safety
- Preferably an electronics or science tertiary qualification, EAS or EST registration would be an advantage.
- Ability to document faults, repairs and test results with good verbal and written skills
